East Bank election lawsuit decided
“Although it is highly regrettable that his vote wasn't counted initially, even if it was counted today it wouldn't change the result of the election”
A Kanawha County judge ruled Wednesday that the East Bank Town Council overstepped its authority when it ordered a new election in last year's highly contested mayoral election. via Charleston Gazette

It is about time that a decision was made. This just proves that Mayor Blair won the race fairly and the job belongs to him. Congratulations Mayor Blair on a job well done!
