At least 100 people gathered Sunday for an open house at the Eagle Rockdale Community Garden & Art Park to help raise funds for new garden beds as well as to celebrate what garden manager Mike Woodward likes to refer to as one of Eagle Rock's great "hidden treasures." Virginia man rescued after 40-foot fall from bluff
Jason Ferguson, the division chief of Botetourt County's fire and EMS operations, said a 32-year-old Eagle Rock man and a family member were walking along a bluff near Prices Bluff Road when the man lost his footing and fell off the rocky ledge.
