This guy sounds like a kook. But then again people who pay to have an animal buried are a bit kooky too.

I run past this travesty every day. I can't help wondering why the owner is refusing the help? Is he afraid that the families of rats are going to have to find other places to live? It was encouraging to see that someone had started to clean it up, but this is a disappointment.

No, people like you are kooky. I would not think twice about having my animals buried.

I understand having deep feelings for pets. But the reason we bury our own kind is a form of repect. A feeling that really isn't attributed to animals for the simple fact they do not think beyond themselves, they only do what they are trained to do and for the most part live only by the instinct to survive. Not to mention that I believe in God and an afterlife which does not contain animals because they have no souls. Unless you are of the ancient Egyptian's belief that you can take everything you have with you to the afterlife including your pets. But then they also believed the sun was a god.

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Leo

Happy New Year Leo! I hope you had a fantastic night on the prowl... Celebrating the new year with your family will allow you to surround yourself with pleasure and joy (just keep the aspirin with you). It's your chance to do as you wish, leaving everyone else to wonder what you're up to! When you're in this great mood, the only person you're responsible to is yourself. Even in full pursuit of pleasure, your generosity is spectacular.
