Dunbar man pleads guilty to battery

A Dunbar man pleaded guilty today to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from his October arrest involving sexual abuse of a 9-year-girl. Robert Allen Russell, 40, of Dunbar, was indicted in April by a Kanawha County Grand Jury on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse.
