Spring Valley motorcyclist dies in crash
EAST COUNTY: A 37-year-old Spring Valley man was killed yesterday morning when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a guardrail on state Route 94 in Dulzura, the Medical Examiner's Office said.
Flames blackened about 40 acres Friday along Highway 94 west of Dulzura, but no buildings were damaged and no firefighters injured, a Cal Fire official said.
