And so I'd like to introduce Weather Whiners of America , an organization I just made up that is dedicated to the proposition that whining about crummy weather is better than doing nothing about it at all.
Maybe this will finally usher in spring?
NEWS RELEASE U.S. NATIONAL COAST GUARD ************************** Coast Guard ice breaking activities The United States Coast Guard will conduct ice breaking operations along the International Boundary Line surrounding Drummond Island beginning 15 April 2013.
A s if on cue to end what has been a snowy February, snow will diminish with some quieter and more pleasant weather heading into March.
