Voters defeated a sales tax referendum by Hays County Emergency Services District 6, and a referendum concerning Salt Lick restaurant owner Scott Roberts' proposed development on his property passed Tuesday with Roberts as the sole voter.
Secretary of State: ESD 6 election not cancelled
In yet another twist to the saga of the two competing elections in Driftwood , Secretary of State officials said that the Hays County Emergency Services District 6 sales tax referendum is not canceled and said votes will be counted after all.
