Pennsylvania lye spill costly for NS

Waterways and wetlands in two Pennsylvania counties that were damaged in a June 2006 lye spill will benefit from a multi-million dollar civil settlement between the state of Pennsylvania, Norfolk Southern Corp. via UTU News
