Plainfield woman finds detour around I-Pass fines
“I just felt strong enough about it that I felt it was my duty.”
Rita Keenan stood outside of the Illinois Tollway headquarters for nearly three hours last month holding a sign saying, "This is wrong." Keenan didn't owe the tollway any money. via Naperville Sun
