Siblings suing over lack of notification in Dover man's death
Three siblings of a man who died in 2012 of complications from multiple sclerosis in his Dover apartment have sued the town police department, the Morris County Medical Examiner's Office and others, claiming that as next-of-kin they were not notified of the death for two months.
