Coyote Sightings Upset Douglasville Residents

Residents in Douglasville have been on edge after a rise in coyote sightings. The coyotes have been spotted roaming a park west of town and in the neighborhoods along Interstate 20 in Douglas County .

We've been dealing with this out in the county for years. I've had 1 dog killed and another injured by coyotes. I don't allow the children to be alone outdoors and I keep a shotgun close to the door. I'm only a mile from the city limits.

There are lots of coyotes in this area.Most of the people who live here are from up north, and think they will be seeing them walk around their yard in the middle of the day,They dont have a clue.
