I love people who want to take away other people's freedom in the name of tolerance! Give me a break. Christmas in Birdsboro is hardly government endorsing religion. Christmas is a Federal Holiday! Thanks to the Council for not caving into this nonsense. Some day (I hope) the American people and courts are going to wake up and begin ACCURATELY interpreting the Constitition. It guarantees freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion! Atheism is a religion, which is now what the American government and courts are endorsing. The courts have improperly interpreted the Constitution, which does not provide a "separation" of church and state. All the founders intended, if you just read your history (accurate history) for crying out loud, was to insure that the Federal government did not establish a state church and force people to join and attend against their will. We have nothing close to that, and governments and schools should be free, as they always have, to permit voluntary and free exercise of one's faith, even in the public square. It's got way out of hand and far, far off what the nation's founders had intended.

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Sagittarius

It's time to assess your Christmas preparations. Have you written and posted all your cards? If not, get cracking now while you're in the mood to get them all out of the way. You'll also enjoy a quick trip around the shops to see what's on offer and tick off a few more items on that long list of yours. If you're stuck for a present for someone, maybe you could find a book that they'd like.
