Three charged with setting wildfires in Winston County
Two males and a female are each charged with intentionally setting wildfires in Winston County. A joint investigation by state and federal forestry agents resulted in the March 27th arrests, according to a statement from the Alabama Forestry Commission.
The males, ages 29 and 26, and an 18-year-old female were charged with six felony counts each. Authorities said the fires were set on private and federal lands on March 12th.
The suspect's names were withheld. A Winston County judge set bail at $90,000 each. Read more
