Someone should look into Andres Martinez's background and his attorney Kevin as well. Both claim political corruption will not be tolerated, but yet they both practice it. Andy was employed (shortly after his dismissal with DISD)with Monte alto ISD as Superintendant while Kevin has been Monte Alto ISD Lawyer for many years before Andy even showed up.
Before Andy retired he managed to seal a deal with a contractor to expand on the school's new 9th grade campus and recieved a nice perk for it.
All board members including the new Super(Gabriel Farias-Former Edcouch-Elsa Assist Principal in charge of Discipline- had no experience as a Principal much less as a Super, did NOT have the degree to acquire the position- recieved a 3yr contract in MAISD) approved and signed the work order to the company that Andy had already promised the job to. And they claim to be honest, I think NOT!
