Dolton Officers Sued For Excessive Force, Perjury

Oh....just stop it! Here we go with all of the frivelous lawsuits now. This case was already tried, it's over and done with. Now with this awful incident involving one rogue cop, that makes the entire Dolton Police Department bad? Oh...stop it! Dolton, arrested this man for nooooo reason? They just singled him out, accused of him of having drugs and resisting arrest for no reason? JUST STOP IT! Society, is getting so out of hand. Police won't even be able to do their jobs, because all the assailants will be suing! Due to this last horrid event that shouldn't label all officers as bad, people who have been arrested for wrong doings...are just going to try to sue left/right. Why all of a sudden, this guy is suing now...talking about this so called injustice, he received? I tell you why because of that incident with the rogue cop, Dolton is labeled and everybody who've committed crimes and been arrested, think they're going to get a pay-day! I pray this gets thrown out efficiently/effectively and expeditiously! David Smith is nothing but an opportunistic thug.

How would you feel if this hapened to you or someone you love? Would you be ok just walking away with the beating they gave you?

The only opportunistic thugs here are the Dolton Police who beat him. So if what they say in this lawsuit is true, are you ok with the police beating someone, lying under oath about it, and covering up evidence so the guy doesn't get a fair trial?? Please.
