Bankruptcy filings are up this year in northeast Nebraska, including the Omaha area, but the increase has been far higher in the rest of the state.

Elderly Nebraska Man Killed in Iowa Crash
An 84-year-old Dixon man has died after a crash Monday afternoon. The Dixon County Sheriff's Office says Clifford Templeman was taken to a hospital in Sioux City, where he was pronounced dead.
