Local Group Helps Curb Stray Cat Population
“It helps because if they are fixed some of the neighbors will end up feeding them and taking them in too.”
He is cute, but he is wild. This stray cat is one of dozens trapped and he is about to be neutered. via WHTM-TV Harrisburg
