What are the names of the motorist and the motorcyclist that was fatally injured? What charges does the motorist face?

I am not sure of the man but the woman was our next door neighbor daughter. Our children play together and her father just died last year. Our neighbor is sooo nice and I hope everything works out for her but I believe the daughter was on drugs and is facing a big charge. Either way sad all around.
