A man charged with setting his girlfriend's house on fire in Dillonvale in August was among eight people indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury on Wednesday.

Authorities say 44-year old Donald Harris of Adena shot and killed 45-year old Denise Kennedy his ex-girlfriend. The incident happened Friday night near Dillonvale.

The names have been released of those killed in a Friday night murder-suicide in Jefferson County.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department is continuing its investigation of a late Friday double shooting which has been ruled as a murder/suicide. Upon arriving at the scene at around 10 p.m., two bodies were discovered lying in the driveway of a home on county Road 7, according to Jefferson County Sheriff Fred Abdalla.
