It has been a long known fact that most of the time the truckers use CB radios to know when the cops are around so they can past other trucks and speed.

I blame the Fed's! For God's sake all they have to do is put governors on the trucks so they can't drive 85 miles an hours (good idea for cars too) and just think of the lives saved, the gas saved and traffic will move faster because when trucks pass we all know how traffic slows.
