My question is if this $15 fee will raise $363 million dollars and the parks cost $143 million to operate what are they doing with the extra $220 million dollars? How much of that leftover money will be going to cover administrative fees and into the general fund?

The Federal Government should take all of Fort Ord back over and stand the 7th Infantry Division back up. Now that would stimulate the economy for this dead and dying area.
