Watertown man allegedly rammed vehicle into one occupied by two women
Christopher J. Beardmore, 23, of 623 Burlington St., Upper Apt., was charged by city police Saturday with two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment and single counts of first-degree criminal contempt, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and following too closely.

District residency requirement added to new superintendents' contracts at SLC, N-N
