Fourteen laid-off Toledo police officers will be back on the streets today after being off the job for nearly six months.

Georgia D. "Nikki" Jones, 73, died at 12:15 p.m. Oct. 15, 2009, at Oak Grove Healthcare Center, Deshler.

An item in Campus Clips Tuesday included the wrong day for an event. A regionwide session of Project NEXT STEPS with speaker Donald Deshler, an expert on evidence-based practices that increase academic achievement in struggling students, will take place from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Friday at the Masonic Family Center on East Avenue.
