Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. , the holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank , reported net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 of $602,000, or $0.10 per diluted share compared to net income of $867,000, or $0.14 per diluted share for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.
