Police: City & County Jumper Tried To Hurt Himself
The man who jumped out of a window at the Denver City & County Building last week was trying to kill himself, police said Wednesday.
Josephus Haynes was handcuffed and shackled when he crashed through a third-floor courtroom window.
He landed on his head and remains in the hospital. His condition was not available.
Haynes was in court on assault charges. He has a lengthy criminal record. Read more
