Toys for Tots hopes for generous donations

Despite tighter budgets this holiday season, the local Toys for Tots chapter is hoping to collect 27,000 toys this year.

i believe everybody needs to donate to this charity. my kids will be very happy to recieve these gifts on christmas morning
and i wont have to buy them anything, which means i can keep my cell phone on, and pay the cable bill and maybe even get that 2nd lcd tv ive had my eye on.

Thanks to toys for tots I can get my wife those breast implants she always wanted and keep making the payments on my BMW. I was always taught to accept kindness and gifts from strangers without reservation my kids cant wait to open their free toys from toys for tots by the xmas tree I chopped down from the neighbors yard .

If people are in so much need why wont gently used toys suffice?I've got plenty of outgrown toys still in pristine condition.But,I guess they're not good enough.Beggars can't be choosers!Most families are having a difficult time purchasing gifts for their own children much less someone elses.

I agree 100% with big brother toys for tots should accept slightly used toys in like new condition . With this economy more and more people are finding it hard to buy gifts . Those who dont have should be happy just to receive any toy for their kids regardless if its new or slightly used .
