The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office say a 30-year-old man has been arrested for starting a fire at a mobile home that killed five animals in Rehoboth Beach .

I believe this man should be thrown in jail and not be allowed out. He is a psychotic and demented man who uses people and kills animals. He is a serial killer waiting to happen. Maybe he has already started no one knows but he should not be allowed out!!!!!!!
