Schools move SC against Delhi HC's order

“All minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.”

The minority-run schools in the Capital are finding it difficult to implement the Delhi High Court's order on nursery admissions in private un-aided schools. via Hindustan Times
