Man, driving with 2 kids, arrested on DUI charge
Rhode Island State Police say a man driving in Providence with two children in the back seat of his SUV was stopped by troopers after they received calls of a possibly intoxicated motorist going slowly, drifting from lane to lane and nearly hitting other vehicles on Route 95 South.
