Old Saybrook opens H1N1 Vaccine Hotline

Old Saybrook The Connecticut River Area Health District opened an H1N1 vaccination hotline this morning, the first municipal and regional call center of its kind in the state, according to Old Saybrook Police Chief Michael A. Spera, who is also the town's director of emergency management.
