Please make someone's holidays warmer by contributing hats, mittens and scarves to one of the Decorah area banks by December 1. The Oneota Girls Scouts Service Unit is conducting a community service project to collect new or good used winter wear items and will be distributed by NEICAC Family Service Office to families in need.
