no suprise here. Dr. Cohle works for and is paid by the police.
You can hit someones vehicle rear end from the side and break the drivers neck, not evening putting a dent in the passenager compartment.
Officer was out of control, smashed into the read in of this man's vehicle, knocked the axle off the truck, could of broke the drivers neck in a heartbeat.
don't always believe what you read from the police, they will cover themselves with lies, also when you have a doctor on your payroll it ups the pot.
