I agree. I am sick and tired of people abusing/killing their animals. It is a known fact that serial killers start with abusing/killing animals. If you have a pet you have had to think what if this man came into my house and put my cat/dog in the washer? I know I did. The prosecutor can only charge someone with existing laws. Your local congressman/senator are the people that make the laws so please contact them via e mail or phone and urge them to make the penalties harsher for animal abuse/cruelty. I did right away when I read the story. This is something that everyone can do!
