BLESSING OF THE FLEET MOVED INDOORS

Deal Island Maryland--The Blessing of the Fleet was held at St. John's United Methodist Church Hall in Deal Island because of rain. Over 150 people attended the event which prayed for the coming season. Also waterman who lost their lives on the water were memorialized. The youth choir from St. Charles United Methodist Church sang. More events about waterman are planned in the future.
