Men allegedly take railroad spikes
Two South Dayton men are accused of taking railroad spikes from New York and Lake Erie Railroad near Oak Street, in the Village of South Dayton.

Kylene M. Hellriegel, 28, of Dayton, was charged with petit larceny three counts and criminal possession of fifth-degree stolen property Thursday.
Jean A. Woncki, 69, of Main Street, Perrysburg passed away Sunday at the Unity Living Center in downtown Rochester.
