Two South Dayton men are accused of taking railroad spikes from New York and Lake Erie Railroad near Oak Street, in the Village of South Dayton.

Kylene M. Hellriegel, 28, of Dayton, was charged with petit larceny three counts and criminal possession of fifth-degree stolen property Thursday.

Jean A. Woncki, 69, of Main Street, Perrysburg passed away Sunday at the Unity Living Center in downtown Rochester.

Bradley S. Halftown, 30, of Brant was charged with disorderly conduct on a previous charge and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 9. Michael A. Donald Clarence Maloney, 82, of Ruckh Hill Road, South Dayton, formerly of Kennedy passed away Wednesday in his home.
