Arizona Department of Public Safety Officer Tim Huffman, who grew up in Silver City, was killed in the line of duty Monday when his patrol car was struck by a tractor-trailer tanker truck on Interstate-8 near Dateland, Ariz., 65 miles east of Yuma, Ariz.
