Two arrested in Vanderburgh County home invasion
Two people have been arrested in a home invasion robbery attempt Tuesday night south of Darmstadt.
Randy Sheffer of Evansville-based Sheffer Construction and Development, LLC, revealed plans Friday to the Courier & Press for razing the old Grumpy Pal Motel complex off U.S. 41 and Old State Road to make room for a Roca Bar pizza restaurant, a national-chain steak house, a strip mall, a spacious outdoor courtyard and a Shine On Express Car Wash.
