Darlington audit shows funding surplus
“A true funding system would not allow you to do that. That throws the books off completely. You are keeping the books separate, but the software used doesn't allow them to be separate.”
Darlington residents may soon be looking at personal property tax credit as a result of an audit showing an excess of funds for the city in the 2006-07 fiscal year. via WBTW
