My fiance has been incarcerated at pcdc for 7 months on a misd. charge. But yet there over populated everyday i hear of drunk drivers serving one day in jail then being released. How bout we let the people out who have served there time and want to do right. Instead of people who get drunk drive and could possibly kill your whole family. Then do it again next week and get a week in jail.
