A former Dana Point yacht broker been arrested in Florida on charges that he bilked more than $1.5 million from clients, the Orange County District Attorney's office announced Friday.
Caller Reports Someone Took His Car for a Joyride
A caller stated that his vehicle was at a repair shop in San Juan Capistrano when his insurance company informed him that someone drove it, crashed it and returned it to the shop.
