North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District seeks candidates for newly-elected board
The Clackamas County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously at an Aug. 7 public hearing to place a measure on the Nov. 4 ballot to re-form the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District as an independent district, separate from county government, at a new higher tax rate.
