Dalton officials urging residents to help with feral cat problem
An employee of a local veterinary hospital advised borough residents on Thursday to trap the colonies of feral cats roaming borough neighborhoods so officials can spay or neuter them.

Woman charged after argument over cat
State troopers and Dalton police were dispatched to investigate a possible assault at the DeFazio Trailer Park in La Plume on Saturday at 8:55 p.m. Dianna Holgate, 53, assaulted Gary Hanyon, 45, of Factoryville, after they argued over a cat that had fleas, state police said Monday.
