It played out like a scene from the television drama "Law and Order" - on the eve of a murder trial, the prosecutor learns the alleged murder weapon has been lost.

Senior Status Judge Thomas Keadle ruled Wednesday a knife - the alleged murder weapon - is admissible as evidence in the case of a Dailey man accused of killing a classmate at Tygarts Valley High School.
