From the article posted:
''People have a right to be heard,'' he said.''Sometimes the city may not be legally obligated to pay, but there may be a moral reason why they should.''

Here we go again. The mayor endorses (with our tax money) the spending of millions of dollars to digitally track our utility usage, telling us, "Tough, we're implementing it!" Now, he's trying to assure the average citizen doesn't have any kind of voice in his limited, un-tea party-esque, illogical mind. If the reasoning is moral or logical, it must go right out the window. Meanwhile, eminent domain is this guy's main priority. When are the citizens of this town going to wake up? As he's learned from the likes of Bush, Clinton, and Obama...ram it down the public's throats and don't allow them a voice. As goes the small town, so goes this republic once known as the United States.

It seems moral and ethical issues are in complete opposition to what Robart understands. I think a ham sandwich would do a much better job than this incumbent, and I will be writing in "Ham Sandwich" as my choice for mayor this Tuesday.

Whatever happened in that Pleasant Meadows incident that the landlady brought a big dog to scare away some rowdy kids? Did the suit get filed? Wast his about race or just a big mistake?

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Cancer

If you have children at home they'll be really playful today and quite a handful at times. Encourage them to burn off all their energy during the day otherwise it will be a case of tears before bedtime. There could also be a fractious atmosphere between you and a loved one, and this will quickly escalate into a row if you aren't careful.
