A two alarm pre-dawn fire destroyed the family home of a local man whose life is devoted to public service.

Just after 8 p.m. Thursday Montgomery County deputies and medical units responded to a four-vehicle major accident at SH105 and Douget Rd., east of Loop 336 between Conroe and Cut and Shoot.
