Cupertino council gets one new face, keeps two incumbents

The Cupertino City Council gets one new face following the Nov. 3 election, in which voters chose incumbents Orrin Mahoney and Mark Santoro and newcomer Barry Chang, who will take over for a termed-out Dolly Sandoval.
