County's small towns see little change in budgets

“We didn't have a lot of building this year, so that's one reason we're staying flat”

Thanks to a state-mandated 10 percent increase in residential property values, the small town officials around Warren County were able to maintain or lower last year's tax rate. via Des Moines Register
