MINDEN - Recent heavy rains, broken up with some rays of sunshine, have not slowed down Webster Parish sheriff's investigators, as more than 16 people have been arrested in recent days on charges that include distribution of narcotics, felony carnal knowledge and aggravated burglary, according to a news release.
Vendors sought for Main to Main
