Developer sues after county rejects bid for property at former theater site

The long-awaited demolition of the old movie theater-turned-gas station on the corner of State Road 44 and County Road 486 near Crystal River occurred in June. James Williams, of Inglis Land Clearing, hauls away the last bits of rubble from a demolished convenience store and former movie theater at the northeast corner of State Road 44 and County Road 486 in June.
