Board to review lease for FSU medical students
The plan to bring Florida State University medical students to Citrus County reaches a critical point Tuesday when county commissioners are expected to vote on a plan to house students at an old fire station in Crystal River. Tuesday's board agenda includes an agreement with Memory Enhancement Center of America Inc., a Hernando medical center, to lease the empty fire station on Fort Island Trail for $1 a year for up to nine years.
