David Michael Borders II, 32, of Ironton, formerly of Ashland, Ky., pleaded not guilty to one count of endangering a child after he allegedly "created substantial risk to the health and safety" of a child by violating a duty of care, protection or support as a parent, guardian or custodian and caused "serious physical harm" to the child.
